Booking Policy

At GT Hair Boutique, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and a personalized experience. To ensure efficiency and accommodate all our valued clients, please familiarize yourself with our updated booking policy:

Booking Confirmation and Reminders:

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation notification for your appointment. It is crucial to confirm your appointment as instructed in the notification. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.

  • Reminders: We will send reminders of your upcoming appointment through both email and SMS. These reminders are a courtesy to help you manage your schedule and ensure you don't miss your appointment.

Online Bookings:

  • A credit card is required to reserve all online bookings. A no-show fee may be charged if cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Phone, Email, or Text Message Bookings:

  • Appointments booked over the phone, via email, or text message adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

No-Show Policy:

  • A $50 no-show fee may be applied for missed appointments without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may result in future appointments being rejected or pre-payment requirements.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to other clients.

Payment:

  • Payment for services will be processed at your appointment. The credit card used to book the appointment can be used for payment, or you may select an alternative method.

Consultation Policy:

 

At GT Hair Boutique, we offer personalized consultations designed to provide expert guidance and compassionate support on your hair journey. Whether you're exploring options for hair loss or simply want to enhance your look, our consultations are tailored to meet your unique needs.

Hair Topper or Wig Consultation (30 minutes – $30)
Ideal for clients looking for immediate solutions to thinning hair or hair loss. In this focused session, our specialists will help you find the perfect hairpiece to blend naturally or provide full coverage, based on your preferences and lifestyle.

 

Extended Consultation (1 hour – $50)
This comprehensive appointment allows for more time to explore various options in greater depth. It’s perfect if you have multiple questions or would like to compare several hair solutions before making a decision.

Advanced Scalp Analysis ($129)
A detailed assessment designed to identify potential causes of scalp concerns and hair thinning. This service provides valuable insight into your scalp health and can be paired with a consultation for a complete and informed approach to hair care.
