Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation and Reminders:

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation notification for your appointment. It is crucial to confirm your appointment as instructed in the notification. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.

  • Reminders: We will send reminders of your upcoming appointment through both email and SMS. These reminders are a courtesy to help you manage your schedule and ensure you don't miss your appointment.

Online Bookings:

  • A credit card is required to reserve all online bookings. A no-show fee may be charged if cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Phone, Email, or Text Message Bookings:

  • Appointments booked over the phone, via email, or text message adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

No-Show Policy:

  • A $50 no-show fee may be applied for missed appointments without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may result in future appointments being rejected or pre-payment requirements.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to other clients.

Payment:

  • Payment for services will be processed at your appointment. The credit card used to book the appointment can be used for payment, or you may select an alternative method.

Consultation Policy:

First Consultation: We are pleased to offer your first consultation with our experts at no charge. This complimentary session is our way of introducing you to the personalized solutions and exceptional care that define GT Hair Boutique.

Additional Consultations: Should you require further consultations to explore more options or receive additional expert advice, please note that these sessions may be subject to a consultation fee. We ensure that every consultation provides valuable insights and tailored recommendations to meet your unique needs.
